Game: Fall Guys

Platform: Crossplay

Team size: 4 players per team (each player must join the hosted lobby individually)

Format:
Stage 1: 5x Solo Shows - The top 5 teams move on to stage 2
Stage 2: 2x Jump Around - The top 2 teams move on to stage 3
Stage 3: 1x Fall Ball Cup

Game modes are subject to change, depending on the Custom Game Modes available at the time of the tournament.

Don't forget to check in an hour before the tournament goes live! This way we know you are ready to play. Teams who are not checked-in, will not be able to participate in the tournament.

Example: If a tournament is set to start at 13:00, you will be able to check in between 12:00 and 12:59.

Game

Host lobby:
The lobby will be hosted by an admin, who will share the invite code with all participants in Discord.

Please do not share this code with anyone else other than your teammates.
If you are streaming, make sure you do not show the code on stream.

Join lobby:

Show Selector > Custom Shows > Join > Enter the code provided by an admin in Discord > Submit

General rules

Admin

The admin has the final say and their decision is non-debatable. Contact the admin on Discord. All communication is confidential.

Roster

Each team will have 4 players, 1 Team Captain, and 3 other players. The Team Captain is the main contact point for the team.
Team Captains will be tasked with supplying the admins with the required information for their team.

Game account

To ensure that the tournament runs as smoothly as possible, we need all players to share their game account AND Fall Guys in-game username (shown in the top left when you are in the main menu) through Discord before the start of the tournament.

Discord

Players must be available on Discord at all times during (and before) the tournament. If an admin cannot reach a team, chances of being disqualified are high. To make sure that an admin can easily find you, change your Discord name to the name you are using on this website.

Disconnect

If a player disconnects during a game, the game continues with the remaining players. The disconnected player may rejoin a following game before it starts.
If a player Disconnects, they will receive the same amount of points as the lowest-scoring player on their team.

Example:
Player 1 - 5 points
Player 2 - 2 points
Player 3 - 1 point
Player 4 - Disconnected (They will earn 1 point, since player 3 was the lowest-scoring player on their team)

If there is more than 1 disconnect per team, the other disconnected players will not receive additional points.

Scores

Players will earn points depending on how far they make it into each round.

Point Distribution:

+1 point per completed round

+2 points if you make it to the final round

+5 points if you win a crown

Players who are streaming must press "Tab" on PC, "L2" on Playstation controller or "LT" on Xbox controller during the end-round screen.
Pressing these buttons shows the names of all players, making it easier for the admins to calculate points correctly.

Cheating

Cheats are not allowed. If a player is caught cheating, they will be banned from all RIV4L tournaments for a period of 2 years.
